PLATGRAPH

Platform Staffing Model.  This product determines the appropriate staff required for CSR, or platform functions, within the bank.  It is suitable where the tasks performed are highly variable in scope, duration, and frequency, and is based on proven principles of Industrial Engineering and statistical analysis.  PLATGRAPH uses work content measurement and Key Volume Indicators to establish baseline staff requirements by location.
